近日,衛華(hua)股(gu)份(fen)(fen)“PTM26t電解鋁多功能起重(zhong)機(ji)”“QD150t軋輥(gun)換輥(gun)起重(zhong)機(ji)”“GPB-306盾構管片吊機(ji)系(xi)統”三(san)項新產品通過2019年河(he)南省(sheng)首(shou)批(pi)重(zhong)大技術(shu)裝備首(shou)臺套認(ren)定,實(shi)現了衛華(hua)股(gu)份(fen)(fen)重(zhong)大技術(shu)裝備首(shou)臺套省(sheng)級認(ren)定的再次(ci)突破(po)。
“PTM26t電(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)鋁多功能(neng)(neng)起重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)打殼(ke)機(ji)(ji)構采(cai)用四連桿結構,可深入電(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)槽內部打擊炭塊(kuai)中(zhong)縫,降(jiang)低了殘(can)極(ji)拔出時的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)力(li)(li),提高了換(huan)極(ji)效率;在(zai)(zai)(zai)導向輥、陽極(ji)夾具、吊鉤、抓斗(dou)等部件采(cai)用防磁(ci)材料、起重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)全車(che)采(cai)用絕緣和(he)(he)監(jian)測控制系統,實現(xian)了起重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)強(qiang)磁(ci)場中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)全作業,提高了運行(xing)(xing)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)全性和(he)(he)穩定性。河南(nan)(nan)衛(wei)華PTM26t電(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)鋁多功能(neng)(neng)起重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)是河南(nan)(nan)省首臺,填補(bu)了河南(nan)(nan)省設計制造(zao)多功能(neng)(neng)起重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)空白。在(zai)(zai)(zai)此基礎上,我公司加(jia)大研發力(li)(li)度和(he)(he)技術儲備,消(xiao)化和(he)(he)吸收此次(ci)設計生產過程中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)經驗和(he)(he)教訓,在(zai)(zai)(zai)結構上進行(xing)(xing)了大膽創(chuang)新(xin),使得整機(ji)(ji)性能(neng)(neng)有較大提升,已經具備了更大噸位(wei)電(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)鋁多功能(neng)(neng)起重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)生產能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)。
“QD150t軋(ya)輥(gun)換(huan)(huan)輥(gun)起(qi)重機(ji)”在(zai)動(dong)(dong)滑輪組部位(wei),采用錯位(wei)布置結構,實(shi)現多股鋼絲繩交互纏(chan)繞(rao),設(she)計了PLC智能(neng)控制(zhi)系統(tong),在(zai)具(ju)有(you)自主(zhu)檢測的(de)全(quan)自動(dong)(dong)液壓驅動(dong)(dong)吊(diao)具(ju)上加(jia)裝拉繩編碼器,檢測吊(diao)具(ju)的(de)擺動(dong)(dong)幅(fu)度,控制(zhi)了吊(diao)件在(zai)X、Y、Z三(san)個(ge)方向定位(wei)精度和(he)吊(diao)具(ju)的(de)平衡度偏差。在(zai)智能(neng)系統(tong)控制(zhi)下,保證了多組軋(ya)輥(gun)同步性更換(huan)(huan),其品(pin)質在(zai)同類產品(pin)中達到國內領先水平,創河南省軋(ya)輥(gun)換(huan)(huan)輥(gun)起(qi)重機(ji)之最(zui)。
“GPB-306盾構(gou)(gou)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)片(pian)吊機(ji)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)”為(wei)我(wo)國(guo)國(guo)內(nei)首創三管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)片(pian)吊機(ji)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),整機(ji)采用低(di)凈(jing)空結構(gou)(gou),創新型(xing)鋼絲繩導(dao)向裝(zhuang)置實現(xian)涵件在(zai)盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)內(nei)部(bu)狹小空間內(nei)翻轉運行,四(si)吊點(dian)同步起吊液壓吊具實現(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)片(pian)平穩吊裝(zhuang);先進的電氣控制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)保(bao)證各工(gong)序(xu)多工(gong)位間安全互鎖自動定(ding)位。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)片(pian)吊機(ji)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的開(kai)發提高(gao)了管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)片(pian)轉運效率(lv),實現(xian)了大型(xing)盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)施工(gong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)片(pian)轉運系(xi)(xi)統(tong)關鍵結構(gou)(gou)和應用技術的突破,經濟和社會效益(yi)顯(xian)著。
